California Doxxes Gun Owners After Launching Firearms Dashboard
The state of California has just doxxed her own citizens.
Those residing in California who also possess a Concealed Carry Weapon permit had their personal information exposed after the state launched their 2022 Firearms Dashboard Portal.
“We are investigating an exposure of individuals’ personal information connected to the DOJ Firearms Dashboard,” the California Department of Justice told The Reload. “Any unauthorized release of personal information is unacceptable.”
“We are working swiftly to address this situation and will provide additional information as soon as possible.”
I think that this is a massive invasion of privacy and I foresee a huge lawsuit coming as a result of this. Now, I don’t know that it will actually get anywhere because the state is run by the most corrupt liberals in the country, but each of these people should receive some sort of compensation because this information was made public.
Think about how big of a deal it was when the whole Cambridge Analytica stuff was discovered and how upset people were about their privacy being violated. How much more has their privacy been violated when virtually anyone can access this information to find out who is a gun owner and their personal information?
I still don’t understand what would lead someone to continue living in California when we see incident after incident in the state that makes living there nearly unbearable. It’s really gotten to the point that you have to be extremely rich to live there comfortably because the state steals all of your money one way or the other.
On top of you being broke, they then do things like this that expose personal information to try and retaliate against people for owning firearms when it is perfectly legal to do so.
I have multiple friends who have left the state to move to places like Florida and Tennessee where there is much more freedom.
