Rhode Island Democrats Propose Most Tyrannical Bill I’ve Seen in Years
If you want to see hysteria and tyranny at its pinnacle, just look at what Rhode Island recently proposed. This is something that will literally drive people out of the state, I can promise you that.
Democrats in the state of Rhode Island have introduced a bill that will punish people who do not want to get a v@xxination. This comes in the form of not just a fine, which is a monthly fine, but it will also force them to pay double taxes.
The bill reads as follows:
Any person who violates this chapter shall be required to pay a monthly civil penalty of fifty dollars ($50.00) and shall owe twice the amount of personal income taxes as would otherwise be assessed pursuant to chapter 30 of title 44. All employers must require proof of compliance with this chapter for any employee employed in in-person work within the State of Rhode Island. Employers may choose to waive proof of compliance with this chapter for purely remote work. Any employer found to be knowingly in violation of this section for more than seven (7) days shall be required to pay a monthly civil penalty of five thousand dollars ($5,000) for every violation.
Someone explain to me how this isn’t illegal and tyrannical.
With @DanMcGowan reporting that Rhode Islanders still strongly support a universal vaccine mandate, despite the McKee Administration pushing hard for the surrender policy, it’s time for us to pass my mandate bill. Cases are rising again. Surrender isn’t working. pic.twitter.com/hxXkgF8bcG

What if conservatives decided to start going down this route and started making people pay double taxes for holding to the anti-science belief that a man can be a woman and a woman can be a man? I’m sure there would be a massive outrage.
Since when did Democrats get the idea that you can unjustly apply an additional tax upon a class of people just because they share a different opinion than you? Because that’s exactly what they are doing with this bill.
Like I said, this is illegal and even if it passed, this thing will be thrown out by a judge somewhere. But geez…what audacity they have!
