Crime in this country has gotten out of control thanks to liberals and the Biden regime.

Some states and cities have it worse than others and people are fed up with it. New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, basically any Democrat-run city that you can think of is where you see the largest number murders and incidents of theft.

New Orleans is one of these cities and one man decided that he was sick and tired of having his truck always getting broken into so he decided that he was going to start doing something about it.

The man rigged the center console of his truck with a flash bang grenade which would give quite a shock to anyone who opened it. Well, lo and behold someone actually did break into his truck and open the console detonating the device. And to our delight, it was all captured on surveillance video.

While flashbangs are non-lethal, it still likely left the thief scared for his life. The owner of the truck had this to say:

To see him like gleefully walk up and just smash my eighth window in the past couple months and jump in and then you know to see the detonation go off and his reaction. … I don’t want this guy to die for what he did, but I don’t want him to just be able to smash and grab and run away. … He probably didn’t get hurt that bad, but it wasn’t pleasant and it might deter him and his friends and tell other people not to do this too because, without something like this, there is no consequence because they’re not going to get arrested.

He went on to tell KNOE news that he’s selling his condo and moving because he’s tired of the dereliction of duty from the police department and the government there. Vehicle burglaries have increased over 100% in the last year in New Orleans.

Democrats seem blinded to this issue, but when you fail to prosecute people for committing crimes, they’re just going to be encouraged to do it again. There is a reason crime is up and they’re too dumb to fix it.
