California Just Became Permanently Democrat Thanks to Gavin Newsom
I’m sad to report that the state of California will never be under good leadership ever again. They have now made it virtually impossible for anyone other than a Democrat to win an election in California.
Gavin Newsom took a moment to brag about it on Twitter saying,
It’s now official. California is a universal vote by mail state.
Voters in all statewide elections will receive a ballot in the mail. Those who still want to vote in person can do so.
While other states roll back access to voting — we’re EXPANDING IT.

If Democrats are applauding this, then you know that it’s a bad idea. Democrats are diametrically opposed to everything that a conservative stands for.
According to the Los Angeles Times,
California’s pandemic-inspired move toward mailing a ballot to every registered, active voter will become a permanent part of the state’s political landscape, an embrace of an extended and flexible voting process instead of the traditional focus on a single day of voting in person.
Gov. Gavin Newsom’s signature Monday on Assembly Bill 37 makes California the eighth state in the nation with a law on the books requiring every voter to be mailed a ballot. The new law is part of an evolution of voting in the state over the last two decades, an effort to provide voters more options for when and where to cast their ballots.
“Data shows that sending everyone a ballot in the mail provides voters access. And when voters get ballots in the mail, they vote,” Assemblyman Marc Berman (D-Palo Alto), the bill’s author, said during a Senate committee hearing in July.
To people with common sense like you and me, we can see how dangerous this is for fair elections and why it’s going to lead to problems.
I don’t want to talk about every problem with this, but let me just highlight one. Mail gets lost. How many times have you not received mail or sent mail and them not received it? I’ve had it happen and we’ve seen it happen with elections. Over the last two years, we’ve brought you stories about people finding bags of mail-in ballots in a ditch or in a dumpster or even being destroyed. It’s easy to do because the ballots are labeled from the outside in a way that you can tell if it is a Republican ballot or a Democrat ballot.
