There seems to be a bit of a space race that has been reignited across the globe among the superpowers like the United States, China, and Russia.

There has been a race between Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, and Richard Branson on who would send the first passengers to space. Now, Elon Musk, and probably the others are all trying to get to Mars and colonize it.

Several countries have already been to the moon beside us and those include China, Japan, Russia, India, and Luxembourg. You would think that maybe some would try and colonize the moon since it is so close and since nobody has colonized it yet…or have they?

That’s the question that China is pondering as they send a rover to the moon to investigate something that they found on the dark side of the moon.

According to The Daily Wire,

China has dispatched a lunar rover to investigate a mysterious cube-shaped object that has been spotted on the dark side of the moon.

“The strange white object appears oddly geometric against the stark black horizon in images and prompted scientists from China’s Change 4 mission to send its Yutu 2 rover on a two- to three-month journey to check it out according to Our Space,” reported the New York Post.

China’s National Space Administration (CNSA) described the unknown object as a “mysterious hut,” while others called it the “mystery house.”

So what is this object or building? If you ask me, it’s likely just some rock or boulder. There is not house on the moon. There are no buildings built by some other civilization. Honestly, it could just be a fluke in the photograph. Maybe there is nothing there at all.

Regardless, China is going to find out by going to the dark side of the moon and letting everyone know what they find.
