Remember the good ol’ days when all we were doing was winning with President Trump?

Even the liberals would challenge him through the courts and President Trump would win case after case. Winning was all we could do.

With Joe Biden, it’s almost the exact opposite. He keeps losing in court, case after case, and I’m sure that he has no idea why.

I know exactly why he keeps losing and I’m sure that you know as well. He keeps losing because what he is doing is unconstitutional. Namely, the mandate cases are what he is losing the most.

In fact, right now, mandates have been suspended and to my understanding, there isn’t a single state where a federal mandate is actually in place because they’ve been overturned by the courts.

Even now, the Sixt Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that his mandates for private businesses are illegal which is what the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals had already said as well.

The Epoch Times reported,

In its Nov. 23 filing, the Biden administration argued that the 5th Circuit panel erroneously interpreted the OSHA mandate, saying that “the speculative compliance costs and similar harms asserted by regulated parties cannot overcome the extraordinary harms to the public interest detailed above.”

“Simply put, delaying the standard would likely cost many lives per day, in addition to large numbers of hospitalizations, other serious health effects, and tremendous expenses,” White House lawyers alleged in the filing. “That is a confluence of harms of the highest order.”

Now he’s trying to get it sent to the Supreme Court and we already know how that’s going to turn out. It’s just going to be the same story. Four of the justices would need to agree to hear the case, otherwise it would just not be taken up and the ruling against the mandate would stand.

This is just a losing battle and an expensive one at that.
