I think a lot of people have forgotten about ol’ Jussie Smollett, but the law sure hasn’t.

Jussie Smollett’s criminal trial began on Monday after three years since the time of his hoax.

Some liberals still want to back this guy and pretend like it was a real thing that happened, but if you ask me, this has been WELL proven already that this guy staged a hoax in order to try and make President Trump and those who support the greatest president in history look like racists and homophobes.

I knew something was up from the moment this hoax was perpetrated.

TMZ reported back in 2019 that this is what had happened

“Empire” star Jussie Smollett was brutally attacked by 2 men who beat him up, put his head in a noose and screamed, “This is MAGA country.”

Sources directly connected to Jussie tell TMZ, the actor arrived in Chicago from New York late Monday, and at around 2 AM he was hungry and went to a Subway. We’re told when shortly after he walked out on his way home, someone yelled, “Aren’t you that f***ot ‘Empire’ n*****?”

The 2 men – both white and wearing ski masks — viciously attacked Jussie as he fought back, but they beat him badly and fractured a rib. They put a rope around his neck, poured bleach on him and as they left they yelled, “This is MAGA country.”

If a person or Trump supporter is watching Empire enough to recognize he’s one of the actors from the show, then more than likely he’s not a racist. The show was made up of an almost all black cast.

Prior to this event, I had never even heard the name Jussie Smollett nor had I watched the show.

Also, the fact that they had masks and rope means they either knew he would be there and it was premeditated, which is hard to believe because he made an unplanned trip to Subway, or racists in Chicago are bolder than we think to walk around in masks with rope in hand, and just so happened to cross paths with a person they had very little chance to recognize….and somehow knew enough about TV show, that doesn’t really attract many racists, to recognize the man and attack him.

And then the whole yelling, “This is MAGA country!”. Give me a break. Trump supporters don’t do that. That’s just twisted their minds are though to think that.

Now, Smollett is facing six charges of felony disorderly conduct, and a felony case of making false statements to the police. In all honesty, this guy is probably going to get probation and that’s about it. But whatever, he already got himself beat up over it.

Don’t expect the liberals like AOC, Kamala Harris, and Maxine Waters to retract their support of him even if they find him guilty though. They’re convinced it happened no matter what.

There is no such thing as “racially charged.”

This attack was not “possibly” homophobic. It was a racist and homophobic attack.
