On Wednesday morning, there were new developments announced in the manhunt that is happening to search for Brian Laundrie.

By now, surely everyone knows that name, but in case you do not know, he is a person of interest in the murder of Gabby Petito who vanished and was found a couple of weeks ago.

Laundrie, who was her fiancé, came back home from their trip but she wasn’t with him this time. Then, Laundrie ended up vanishing and people have been on the hunt ever since.

Some people have reported that they had possibly seen him and even Dog the Bounty Hunter has been on the hunt to track him down.

On Wednesday, it was reported that Laundrie’s parents found certain articles belonging to Brian Laundrie in the Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park.

We don’t know exactly what those “articles” were that they found, but there was something else that we learned. Partial human remains were also found near a backpack that same day.

Human remains were found in the same area as personal belongings of Brian Laundrie, Gabby Petito’s fiancé who’s been missing for over a month, officials said Wednesday.

A senior law enforcement official says what appears to be partial human remains have been found in Florida’s Carlton Reserve in a location that was previously under water. There is no confirmation the remains belong to Laundrie.

The remains were found near a backpack, according to this source, which may be consistent with the type of items Laundrie may have had in his possession.

It’s still unclear if they belong to Laundrie, but it’s possible. If not, then this is another tragedy. Who knows, they may even be human remains of another victim. Maybe Laundrie even has become desperate and resorted to cannibalism. Honestly, not much would surprise me about this case.
