I just can’t understand why liberals want to lie when they don’t even have to.

All they have to do is keep their mouths shut and everything will be fine. Instead, they feel the need to talk and in doing so spew forth lies that further lead to divisiveness and resentment in America.

Pop star Oliva Rodrigo, who I have to admit I had never even heard of until about a month ago and that was only because her being recruited as the propaganda piece to convince young people to get vaccinated, claims that when she was growing up, she thought only white people could be pop stars.

Rodrigo said,

“I sometimes get DMs from little girls being like, ‘I’ve never seen someone who looked like me in your position,” she said. “And I’m literally going to cry, like, just thinking about it. I feel like I grew up never seeing that. Also, it was always like, ‘Pop star,’ that’s a white girl.”

She is 18 years old, meaning that she was born in 2003. And she claims that pop stars were all white. Okay, let’s put that to the test.

In the year that she was born, there was Beyonce, Nelly Furtado, Shakira, Mary J. Blige, Cassie, The Pussycat Dolls, and Rihanna all in the top 20 of the Billboard charts.

Ok, well she did say growing up, so let’s take a look at when she was a little older.

In 2014, when she was 11 years old, Pharrell Williams, Iggy Azalea, Jason Derulo, Ariana Grande, and Rihanna were all in the top 20 on the Billboard charts.

And I’m trying to keep it to the more pop music type artists, and these are just the top 20 songs for the year.

Four years later in 2018, Bebe Rexha, Camila Cabello, Cardi B, Dua Lipa, and Ariana Grande were all in the top 20.

So why she would push that sort of crap agenda is beyond me, but again, that’s just the way liberals are.
