I don’t know about you, but I find it absolutely disgraceful that Joe Biden took a vacation the week that Kabul and therefore the Afghanistan government fell.

I suspect that the knew this was coming and knew that he needed to get the heck out of Dodge before it happened.

What’s just as disturbing is that White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki decided to take off of work for the week while this is happening.

She has her email set to an automated reply stating:

“I will be out of the office from August 15th-August 22nd. In my absence, please reach to KarineJean-Pierre@[redacted], Christopher.M.MEagher@[redacted], and/or andrew.j.bates@[redacted].”

Can you imagine the Democrats if this was what President Trump had done? If he had taken a vacation as the U.S. military fails a mission and is fleeing for their lives in Afghanistan? They would be LIVID!

Nancy Pelosi would be calling for him to step down and Chuck Schumer would be right there next to her saying the same thing.

In a statement of victory, the country’s new de facto leader, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar said, “We have achieved an unexpected victory. Now is the time to test, to show how we serve our people and ensure their future in the best possible way.”

Meanwhile, the former President said,

“Today I came across a tough choice. I had to face the armed Taliban who want to enter the palace or leave the country I have dedicated my life to protecting and nurturing for the last 20 years. If left unchecked, countless patriots would be martyred and the city of Kabul would be devastated, resulting in a major humanitarian catastrophe in the 6-million-strong city. The Taliban had made it clear that they were ready to carry out a bloody attack on all of Kabul and the people of Kabul to oust me. In order to prevent a flood of bloodshed, I decided to leave.”

Now Biden is sending in 6000 troops to get everyone out of there ASAP.
