LOOK! FBI Arrests 69-Year-Old Woman for Entering US Capitol, But This Photo May Set Her Free
Believe it or not, Joe Biden’s FBI is relentless in trying to capture every single person who was at the Capitol on January 6th.
They’re not just looking for people who actually caused damage like breaking windows, or stole podiums and laptops, they’re going after the elderly who were there walking around.
I only wish they would have put in the same about of vigilance and dedication in arresting those pieces of trash who destroyed buildings, assaulted people, and burned down cities last year during the “summer of love”.
In one of the most recent arrests, a 69-year-old woman from Los Angeles was arrested for walking into the US Capitol building that day. Here crime is being labeled as, “knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.”
However, there is a huge problem with this charge. Take a look at the photos below and tell me if you see anything wrong.
In a voluntary interview, McNicoll allegedly told the FBI that she knew about the U.S. Capitol’s barriers and security measures, but still claimed “she did not feel that she was doing anything wrong.”
She also confused the crypt for the rotunda.

Does that look like she’s entering “without lawful authority”? The door is literally being held open in an inviting gesture for her to enter.
This is an actual photo that the FBI included in their little case against her.
Here’s a question, if she’s not really wanted inside of the building then why did the police stand there holding the door open for her? This only helps corroborate the belief that there was something more to the event on January 6th since we’ve seen police moving gates out of the way and leading the protesters to the Capitol building as well as verbally telling people that they can go inside.
I’ve got a feeling that this case is going to be thrown out and that this photo is going to serve as evidence for some of the other 500 cases that are to come from others who the FBI has arrested for being at the Capitol that day.
