Just When You Thought Ron DeSantis Couldn’t Be Anymore Amazing…He Does This!
Just when you think that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis can’t get any more awesome, he goes and does something else to make us like him even more.
Governor DeSantis has been on an absolute roll lately. He has banned the teaching of critical race theory from public schools not too long ago he also stopped the extra payments as part of the unemployment in order to start getting everyone back to work again.
If you ask me this is a huge part of why we are still seeing so much violence in the country. People are literally getting paid to not go to work enter just do whatever they want. So there of course is going to be some of those people who are just lowlife scumbags who are only out to steal kill and destroy.
The sooner we can get things back to normal and people working again where they don’t have all this free time to terrorize other citizens the better off will be.
However, Governor DeSantis has taken additional steps towards reforming our public school system.
Now, there’s no amount of reform that can convince me to be in favor of the government-run public school system however I still don’t want children being taught absolute garbage racism and Marxism. And that’s where Governor DeSantis has stepped in once again.
He has now signed a bill that will call for civics education so students can be properly informed of the evils of communism. This used to be something that was taught in school already 15 or 20 years ago but lately it’s something that is put up on a pedestal by liberals as though it’s something wonderful.
Governor DeSantis said in his announcement of the bill, “Why would somebody flee across shark-infested waters, say leaving from Cuba, to come to southern Florida? Why would somebody leave a place like Vietnam? Why would people leave these countries and risk their life to be able to come here? DeSantis said. ”It’s important that students understand that.”
“It used to be thought that a university campus was a place where you’d be exposed to a lot of different ideas. Unfortunately, now, the norm is really these are more intellectually repressive environments. You have orthodoxies that are promoted, and other viewpoints are shunned or even suppressed. We don’t want that in Florida.”
I’m not ashamed to say that I would welcome this man as president in 2024 if he ran.
