The Biden administration is now considering taking some measures to begin targeting “white supremacists” and bringing domestic terrorism charges against them.

The biggest problem with all of this…liberals believe that everyone who supports President Trump is a white supremacist.

According to Bloomberg,

“One of the things we’re looking at is would we need new authorities,” Brad Wiegmann, deputy assistant attorney general for the department’s national security division, said during a House hearing Thursday.

Wiegmann said the department has been successful using existing laws to fight domestic terrorism, such as bringing charges for offenses involving violations of weapons or explosives laws, hate crimes and arson. He said more than 430 arrests have been made in connection with the Jan. 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol. The attack was carried out by extremist supporters of then-President Donald Trump.

The FBI has warned that domestic violent extremists pose a heightened threat for carrying out attacks in the U.S. in the near future, with white supremacists being the most lethal threat.

“The question we’re really wrestling with is: Are there gaps?” Wiegmann told a House Appropriations subcommittee. “Is there some type of conduct that we can envision that we can’t cover or would it be an otherwise benefit in having something else other than what we’re having now?”

I’m going to be honest with you, I’ve experienced this first-hand. Let me explain.

I used to work with a man for about 5 years at my last job. He happened to be a black man. We used to talk all the time, sit together at lunch, we’d meet outside of work to play basketball and go out to eat. We were friends, or so I thought.

We ended up getting laid off from our job because they were closing. He happened to get laid off before I did. Well, one day I left work early and we were supposed to meet up for lunch. I couldn’t get ahold of him so I ended up just going to have lunch with another friend. I kept trying to call and reschedule with the other friend who wouldn’t answer his phone that day, but he would never answer and wouldn’t return my calls or my text messages. I finally gave up on trying to contact him because obviously, he didn’t want to talk to me.

About 2 1/2 years later, I finally found out why. He thought that I was racist. This is the same guy who I used to treat as one of best friends and would hang out with. And do you know the reason why he said I was racist? It was because I had posted something favorable about President Trump on Facebook.

I’ll be honest, that really hurts. He thinks that I’m racist because of something I posted on social media about President Trump doing a good job. It wasn’t anything that contained anything about race or anything close to that. It was just the fact that I supported President Trump.

I miss the guy and hope he’s doing well.

But as I was saying, this just shows you that you don’t have to actually be a white supremacist for the liberals to label you as one.
