Leaked Teacher Training Video Shows How Critical Race Theory is Being Pushed on Teachers
Leaked video shows that Critical Race Theory is still being pushed through the public school systems.
In the video that was released by a whistleblower in Virginia Beach, the teacher exposed how the public school educators are indoctrinating our children with racist ideas and damaging their psychology.
Over the course of the video you can see how teachers are primed to accept increasingly radical statements, how cult indoctrination techniques soften their psychological defenses and, finally, how induced insecurity is leveraged to guilt teachers into becoming radical activists in the classrooms and beyond. The culmination of the 22 minute course reveals a chilling guided activity in which teachers are literally asked to practice “confronting” their “racist” colleagues about offensive statements like “everyone is equal in my class.” It’s a wild ride.
Right away, the facilitator in the upper right corner warns the teachers: “This work may not be turnkey, in fact it’s not even intended to be,” going on to vaguely assert “it is our work.” She then quickly reassures confused language arts teachers that “equity starts in literacy,” so this will allow us to “continue” with that focus. (“Equity” trainings are just a component of literacy trainings — it’s all the same, can’t you see?) That’s the last time we will hear about literacy.
“One of the most freeing things that white people can do, or actually any human being on the planet right now, is to say ‘of course I’m racist.'”
Now listen to how she justifies her statement.
“If you grew up in a house that spoke French and you, as a baby just started laying your crib, listening to people speak French over you., you wouldn’t have to do anything to start gaining proficiency in the French language. You would just speak it because that’s what’s being spoken around you. Our society speaks racism. It has spoken racism since we were born. Of course, you are racist. Of course! The idea that somehow this blanket of ideas has fallen on everyone’s head except for yours is magical thinking and it’s useless.”
Now, let me just annihilate this thinking. In order for an analogy to be valid there has to be some sort of correlation there is no correlation between speaking French and speaking racism. These two things are not even in the same category. I understand what she’s saying but you can’t use an analogy inside of an analogy to try to make it fit.
For example, my 6-year-old son is not a racist. How do I know this? The obvious answer is because he’s my son and I know him and I’ve raised him and I’ve raised him without racism. Now how can I say that with certainty? Because I’m not a racist and I purposely and intentionally treat people equally because that’s how I want him to treat people. He has never heard me call any person a black guy or say something about that “black woman” or that “white woman” because I don’t refer to people in that manner. If we are really serious about getting rid of racism, then the best thing to do is to stop talking about it first of all and stop raising our children with that sort of mentality.
Honestly, there is so much more I could say about this and the fallacies in this one woman’s thinking, but I wouldn’t get anything else done today.
