Entire School Board Resigns After This Video Was Leaked to the Public
You know, I write articles about the public school system quite frequently and the reason I do so is to expose just how bad it really is.
There are a lot of problems that are associated with the school system ranging from risk of school shooting, bullying, forced vaccinations (regardless of whether you’re pro or anti-vax, liberty rests on the concept of not being forced to do anything for the government), liberal ideology, and teachers not caring about students or teaching.
That’s the problem with tenure. You get teachers who have become tenured and then sometimes they stop caring because they know they can’t get fired.
Well, now we can see that it goes well beyond just the teachers. In California, a video was recently leaked that showed the entire school board mocking parents who want their children back in school.
One of the board members said that they just wanted their kids back in school so they can smoke marijuana all day. “When you got your kids at home no more smoking out,” Richie Masadas added.
Another one of the members threatened to assault a parent saying, “B***h, if you’re going to call me out, I’m going to f*** you up!” Then they all laughed about it.
As a result of the leaked video, all four members of the Oakley Elementary School District board ended up resigning.
One parent said, “We have a school board that doesn’t have the interest of kids at their heart and they don’t want the feedback from parents.”
“The comments made were not in alignment with our vision and are definitely not what any of us stand for as leaders. I know that we lost trust with the community. I will not make excuses for what happened or why it happened,” said Schools Superintendent Greg Hetrick in a statement.
