New Jersey Governor Stoops As Low As You Can Go Against Gym Refusing to Close
While his name may not come up as frequently as some of the other tyrannical governors such as Gretchen Whitmer, Andrew Cuomo, or Gavin Newsom; Phil Murphy is by far one of the most tyrannical governors in the country.
He has been waging a war against Atilis Gum in Bellmawr, NJ since around July.
Now the Governor and the state of New Jersey have really showed how controlling they are with their latest action. They stole every single penny from the bank account of Atilis Gym, totaling $165,000.
The owner shared the following message along with a video on his Instagram page:
Governor Phil Murphy seized 100% of our assets today – $165k, all of which came from donations and apparel sales. This is done in the middle of ongoing litigation defending ourselves against these fines, our 80 charges, the revocation of our business license, and the unconstitutional health department shutdown.
This was never about protection, it was always about control.
Please continue to support us in any way possible. There is a link to our GoFundMe in my bio and a link to our apparel store. Please share as much as you possibly can this story and help us continue our fight.
We also passed 105k visits to the facility today and still have no reported outbreaks. Weird.
We love you guys. Thank you.

If you ask me, this sounds like a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment against unlawful searches and seizures.
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
As he said in the video that this was without any warning or anything of the like. No court order. Nothing. This is a direct violation of his rights.
The gym has a GoFundMe campaign set up to raise money for their legal fees.
They are refusing to bow down to tyranny and will continue to fight for their rights.
