North Korea with Zero Cases of COVID, Takes INSANE Action to Prevent Spread
So supposedly, North Korea has not seen a single case of the coronavirus that has infected the rest of the entire world.
But supposedly, he’s still worried about it.
Honestly, no one really knows if there is coronavirus in North Korea. Are people still traveling there? Is the country on complete lockdown? I would assume it is. It’s under full lockdown most of the time already, that’s why you have defectors. If it weren’t on lockdown and people were free to leave as they pleased, then they would just visit other countries and never come back.
So maybe the virus has penetrated the country and we don’t actually know about it, or there really isn’t any virus there because they are so isolated from the rest of the world.
Either way, Kim Jong Un is taking new and extreme measures to try and further mitigate any risk of the virus from spreading throughout the country.
North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un has reportedly been in a state of panic as he tries to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, which originated in China, in his country, which is poorly equipped to handle public health issues.
Kim “executed two people, closed the country’s capital, and banned fishing at sea in a frantic attempt to prevent the spread of coronavirus, South Korea’s spy agency told lawmakers Friday,” the New York Post reported. “The tyrant has been lashing out with ‘excessive anger’ and taking ‘irrational measures’ in recent weeks as a result of the pandemic, said one of the officials, Ha Tae-keung, who was briefed by National Intelligence Service.”
All of this comes after learning that just a few months ago, a South Korean government official was killed and then had oil thrown on his body and was burned because they were concerned that he might have COVID and didn’t want it spreading.
