On Wednesday, the CEOs of the major tech world testified before the House Judiciary Committee regarding antitrust laws and practices.

It’s hard to take some of the members of Congress seriously because it’s been painfully obvious in the past that there are many of them that do not understand how technology actually works.

But President Trump does and he has been on the receiving end of censorship from Google, Facebook, and Twitter.

Since 2016, when the tech giants began censoring Donald Trump and conservatives, he has been on a mission to put an end to this biased censorship of free speech.

Obviously, the CEOs deny that they’re doing anything, but we’ve seen undercover video proving that they are actively working again conservatives.

In fact, Rep. Matt Gaetz called out Mark Zuckerberg on the damning video evidence.

Now, on Wednesday afternoon, President Trump signed an executive order regarding online censorship which directs the FCC to implement action which would prevent online censorship in relation to Section 230.

On Monday, the Department of Commerce, as directed by President Donald J. Trump’s Executive Order on Preventing Online Censorship, filed a petition to clarify the scope of Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act. The petition requests that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) clarify that Section 230 does not permit social media companies that alter or editorialize users’ speech to escape civil liability. The petition also requests that the FCC clarify when an online platform curates content in “good faith,” and requests transparency requirements on their moderation practices, similar to requirements imposed on broadband service providers under Title I of the Communications Act. President Trump will continue to fight back against unfair, un-American, and politically biased censorship of Americans online.
