BREAKING: Democrats Filing Two Articles Of Impeachment Against Trump – They Gave Up On Bribery
Breaking news came in last night as it has now been reported that two articles of impeachment will be brought against the President and voted on in the House this month.
The vote will determine whether or not President Trump will be impeached.
The two articles of impeachment that are to be brought forth are “abuse of power” and “obstructing Congress”. This absolutely destroys their entire impeachment case against President Trump, even though they really didn’t have anything, to begin with. Neither “abuse of power” or “obstructing Congress” are impeachable offenses.
Even liberal law professor Alan Dershowitz said that trying to impeach Trump for “abuse of power” is absurd.
“The Republicans should have challenged Professor Feldman’s assertion that ‘abuse of office’ is a constitutional basis for impeachment,” Dershowitz tweeted. “These words do not appear in the Constitution and such vague criteria were rejected by the Framers.”

According to The Washington Post,
Democrats are expected to unveil two articles of impeachment against President Trump on Tuesday that will focus on abuse of power and obstructing Congress, and would be voted on by the full House next week, according to three officials familiar with the matter.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) met with Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) and other committee chairmen Monday night after a nine-hour hearing in which a Democratic counsel laid out the party’s case against Trump. The three officials, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss the private talks, cautioned that the plan had not been finalized.
Leaving a meeting with Pelosi, House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Eliot L. Engel (D-N.Y.) told reporters that he and the chairmen of other House committees would announce specific articles at a news conference at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
This has shifted multiple times since the impeachment talks started and it’s so sad that they’ve given up on pursuing high crimes and misdemeanors, bribery, and treason, all of which ARE impeachable offenses, and have elected to go with abuse of power and obstructing Congress. Oh what a disaster this is going to be for Democrats.
