Attorney General William Barr is calling it as he sees it, and he’s seeing it correctly.

Barr has accused the Democrats of waging a “scorched earth, no-holds-barred war” against President Trump in an effort to “sabotage” his presidency.

If you want to see what a coup d’etat or treason looks like, look no further than the Democrats because that’s exactly what it going on. I don’t even mean that figuratively, that is literally what this is.

Barr said,

“As I said the framers fully expected intense pulling between Congress and the Executive. Unfortunately just in the past few years we’ve seen these conflicts take on an entirely new character. Immediately after President Trump won election opponents inaugurated what they called ‘the resistance’ and they rallied around an explicit strategy of using every tool and maneuver to sabotage the functioning of the Executive Branch and his administration. The language used to describe insurgency against rule imposed by an occupying military power. It obviously connotes, it obviously connotes, that the government is not legitimate. This is a very dangerous and indeed incendiary notion to import into the politics of a democratic republic.”

As the impeachment hearings continue, it truly is becoming more apparent that the Democrats have nothing to work with to try and use against President Trump to try and charge him with any sort of high crime or misdemeanor.

Every single witness that they’ve brought to testify has revealed nothing. Both Taylor and Kent in the first hearing said nothing when Rep. Ratcliffe asked them what crime they believe he committed. I mean you could hear crickets they were so quiet.

Then at the second hearing, when former Ambassador Yovanovitch was asked by Rep. Stewart if she had any evidence that Trump accepted or offered any bribes, she said no.
