In Joe Biden’s most recent campaign ad, he claims to have met with every victim’s family from the Sandy Hook shooting.

This was immediately revealed to be a lie when the brother of one of the victims of the tragedy got on Twitter to explain that his family never met with Joe Biden and were not even allowed onto Air Force One because they did not support Obama and Biden’s gun control policies.

JT Lewis, who is the older brother of one of the victims of Sandy Hook came to give an interview on “Fox & Friends: First” with host Rob Schmitt to set the record straight that Biden is lying.

Lewis told Schmitt in the interview,

“Joe Biden wasn’t there, and what he talks about in his videos is firsthand experience with families and first responders, and I wanted to clarify that it was actually President Obama who came there in the days after the shooting and met with us and helped us through that really tragic time.”

“Look, I know Joe Biden’s coming from a place of sympathy having lost his son, and I know he means well. But, when you get these little things mixed up, it comes across very negatively.”

He had even tweeted in response to Biden’s campaign ad,

This is a lie. Obama came to Sandy Hook and met with every family. Joe Biden DID NOT.

I agree with Lewis that Biden probably isn’t purposefully lying about meeting every family, but here’s the thing, this is just another flub of many that he’s had recently. The man has the hardest time remembering facts, he says stupid things all the time, and it just seems that he truly isn’t mentally fit to become president.
